Payment plan
The buyer will receive a Preliminary Contract together with details of your selected payment plan as described below.
- 30% of the apartment price when signing preliminary contract,
- 30% on or before 01 September 2006,
- 30% on or before 01 March 2007,
- 10% on or before receiving the documents for property of the apartment on or before 30 May 2007

The rental income beyond 2008 in Excelsior Apartments depends on the prices of tour operators. Buyers who wish to rent out their apartments to tourists can use the services of Rubicon Albatros GmbH in partnership with major international and local tour operators selling beach holidays in Bulgaria. The local offices of the company will market Excelsior Apartment Complex locally in Sunny Beach and the southern coastline area to individual tourists. Owners will be offered fixed rates for short-term rentals. All expenses for short-term lettings (electricity, water, cable TV) will be charged to the owner’s account. Long-term rents are subject to additional negotiation between the tenant and the apartment owner, which will be handled by us on your behalf. Usually for long term letting’s all expenses are covered by the tenants.
