Golf
The resorts own golf course - 9 hole, Championship
Course -has just opened this year. Torre Pacheco
golf course is 2 kms away and is a 9 hole, 3 par.
La Manga Club is 20 mins away by car with full
3 courses and new Spa club. Mosa Trajectum course
is 15 mins by car and surrounding this area are
many more courses e.g. VillaMartin, Alta Real
etc.
Special interest holidays
Mar Menor, small sea, is the largest lagoon in
Europe and is the only Mediterranean region with
access to 2 seas. Containing rich mud full of
minerals it can aid skin complaints. On the Costa
Calida, warm coast, you can have a temperature
that is comfortable all year round.
Sports include all water related,
including kite surfing, water skiing, canoeing,
windsurfing and sailing. Horseriding, walking
and cycling are all available year round.
Travel
The Golf Resort is reached in 10 mins from Murcia
airport, alternatively fly to Alicante which is
1 hr away. Flights can be booked through easyjet,
mytravellite, ryanair, flybe, bmibaby or bmi and
BA.

- Torre Pacheco is 2 km away and 2 mins by car.
Los Alcazares is 5 km away, 10 mins by car.
- Cartagena, 20 mins by car is
Spain´s oldest port, is surrounded by hills,
which can be viewed by boat trips. Amongst the
medieval, there is a buzzing shopping district
with modern fashions.
- Murcia, 25 mins by car, is the
capital of the region. It sits in a valley and
is surrounded by a mountain range. Also a mixture
of old and new it has a good shopping district
and places of historical interest.
Further details
Excellent restaurants are close by and supermarkets
large and small surround the resort in local towns.
Banks are available in both Torre Pacheco and
Los Alcazares, as well as a shopping centre in
San Javier with cinema, bowling and places to
eat.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week
is required to secure your booking with the balance
due 6 weeks prior to departure. On arrival at
the villa you will be met by our representative
who will provide you with the keys. At this time
you will be required to make a payment of 65 Euros
to cover cleaning and laundry after your departure.
Normal check out is by 10am and arrival after
2pm however where possible we will try to be flexible
- please ask when you contact us. Please note
that a refundable deposit of £150 is to
be sent when paying the balance; this can be sent
as a cheque that will be returned to you unless
loss or damage has occurred at the property during
your stay.
