You will fly to either Murcia or Alicante and on approach may notice a long stretch of land between two seas, which is called La Manga del Mar Menor. La Manga means "The Sleeve" and it is over 28km long and stretches from the fishing village of Cabo de Palos to the salt flats of San Pedro del Pinatar. On one side of La Manga Club you will find the Mediterranean Sea with its magnificent sandy beaches and on the other side you can find La Manga del Mar Menor with its warm shallow waters that are ideal for children and for practising your favourite water sports.

Dotted up and down the Costa Calida you can find various sailing centres and schools that will be more than happy to rent you the sailing equipment that you need or give you basic, intermediate or advanced lessons in windsurfing, water skiing or sailing.
Boat trips can also be arranged at different locations on La Manga del Mar Menor.
