1. In some cases it is possible to contact the owner directly to arrage booking. Where this is possible, all booking arrangements should be made directly with the owner of the property.
   
   If this is not the case, please complete our Booking Form. All bookings are subject to our full Terms & Conditions
   
2. We will then check availability with the property owner and confirm back to you.
   
3. Once we have confirmed to you that the villa or apartment is available, you will then need to send payment to secure your villa/apartment. A deposit of 15% is required to secure your booking, with full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received your completed Booking Form and your payment, and you have received our Reservation Confirmation.
   
4. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments should be made by bank transfer, credit card or by cheque.
   
5. Balance of payment is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival at your holiday property.
   
6. Once we have received your completed Booking Form and Payment, we will re-check the availability and send you, by email, our formal Reservation Confirmation. Once your final payment has been made, we will send you, by email, our final Booking Confirmation together with directions to the villa or apartment and a comprehensive Accommodation Guide.
   
7. Please read our General Advice. It summarises much of the information needed prior to your arrival at your holiday villa/apartment.
