Purchasing a property through 1st-4-Villas Ltd is easy. You put down a £2,000 reservation fee to take your chosen property off sale. This can be done before or after an Inspection
Trip (if you choose to visit the area). A deposit of 50% (minus the reservation fee) is
then payable. On completion of your property (usually an approx 18 month process) the remaining 50% of the purchase price is payable. The balance of monies due can either be paid in cash or via a mortgage. |

Musipan has a very well known theme park on the
southern shore of Margarita Island, the park was
designed for adults and children. There are a
range of bars and restaurants alongside five waterslides leading down to four different swimming
pools and poolside bars.
The theme park has been a huge success, drawing families from the mainland of Venezuela and
from further away. The developers have decided
to take advantage of the theme park’s popularity
and build a holiday resort adjacent to it. Further
plans for Musipan include further pools, restaurants and an 18 hole golf course and casino. |
