Purchasing a property through 1st-4-Villas Ltd is easy. You put down a £2,000 reservation fee to take your chosen property off sale. This can be done before or after an Inspection
Trip (if you choose to visit the area). A deposit of 50% (minus the reservation fee) is
then payable. On completion of your property (usually an approx 18 month process) the remaining 50% of the purchase price is payable. The balance of monies due can either be paid in cash or via a mortgage. |

Clients wishing to visit the island may do so at any time and we are perfectly happy to help make the
necessary arrangements on your behalf.
We ensure all clients are collected at the airport, taken to their hotel and shown the
areas of interest. All clients are of course taken back to the airport for their return journey.
