| Purchasing a property through 1st-4-Villas Ltd is easy. You put down a £2,000 reservation fee to take your chosen property off sale. This can be done before or after an Inspection
Trip (if you choose to visit the area). A deposit of 50% (minus the reservation fee) is
then payable. On completion of your property (usually an approx 18 month process) the remaining 50% of the purchase price is payable. The balance of monies due can either be paid in cash or via a mortgage. |
